Do I need a lease?
Yes, we require a One Year Lease, we also require first month's rent and two months security deposit upon lease signing
What about one semester leases?
We require a one year lease. You are welcome to sublet if you need to vacate mid-year
Do you allow pets?
No, we do not allow any pets
What about cats?
See above!
Are your apartments furnished?
Yes, all of our apartments are fully furnished
What about if I am an international or out of town student?
Don't worry! This happens quite often. We are able, through email and fax, to take care of all the details before your arrival. If you have a friend or family member in the area who can see the apartment for you this is preferable for you and for us. We want you to be happy with the apartment. Most of our tenants stay until they complete their degrees!
What is included with my rent?
Great question! At our Euclid building HOT WATER and PARKING are included. You (the tenant) are responsible for cable, wifi, and heat/electric. At our James St location HOT WATER, PARKING, and HEAT are included in the rent. You are responsible for cable, wifi, and electricity.
Can I have a roommate?
As most of our apartments are one-bedroom units they are suited for ONE person. We do have a few which may be suitable for a couple. Please inquire for more information
What is the parking situation?
We offer FREE off-street parking for all of the apartments. At 827 Euclid we have 4 garage spaces which can be assigned. We can only accommodate one car per apartment.
